Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

Totes getting "The Hopper" ads. And I got a survey question while watching The Simpsons today, and lied when I told Hulu that I'd gone to see John Carter in the last 7 days. I know people who have, so it totally counts, right?

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I took a ten-minute political survey and got to say that I found the Tea Party totally insane. I mean, I am "strongly opposed" to them.

we get the Hopper ads and I think the whole thing is lost on people here.

ION, I feel old and unpretty and I want my friend who will be flirty and complimentary to me to get on FB, but he is not and it's because I am old and unpretty.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am glad it is not just local, then!

msbelle, you are not old OR unpretty. Go listen to some TLC.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I thought that you weren't supposed to do that now, because if the tick is carrying Lyme disease, then the heat makes it more likely to release the bacteria into the blood.

I don't know about that but my doc told me it's really just more effective to get a good pair of tweezers and pull it out backwards. Not too hard or you might break off the head and leave it under your skin.

We tried the match trick back in October when I found a tick on abdomen. It didn't work so I pussed out and went to urgent care to get it taken out.
