Man, I am in a rotten mood today. I feel like everyone hates me and I never want to speak to anyone again. My whiny cats aren't helping.

I did manage to get to the store and buy Frontline this morning and dosed the dang cats. They acted like I wanted to pour sulfuric acid on them.

your posts make me think about the PBS program and I keep thinking, wow Zenkitty really supports public broadcasting.

Okay, this is kind of funny. News is reporting on a guy in Kansas who works for the National Weather Service. In all the lottery mania last week, he did buy tickets, but not before giving all his friends a big lecture on how they had a better chance of being hit by lightning.

And then two hours later he got hit by lightning.

VINDICATED!

(He's fine, btw.)

I woke up with a weird stitch in my back. Weird and painful. In the general vicinity of my right shoulder blade and it actually hurts when I breath.

It's going to go away, right?

Way to prove your point, dude! Of course, the three people who won the lottery and did not get hit by lightning skew your results a bit.

I do love April Fools. For those of you who did not see, I posted on FB that I was starting the application for a second adoption. I could almost hear my mother's twitching.

This is not an April Fool's joke - my daughter is adorable.
