Oh man -- my PITA coworker just gave the head of physical plant a whole song and dance about how his cube is especially cold, so now I can't do the same! For fear of being tarred with the same PITA brush!

A fair number of men did get into music for the sex. Though honestly I think lead drummer is a bigger draw (at least in high school) than guitar. Dido said specifically that she wrote her first song to pull boys - and that it worked.
