I'm going to make 4 dozen of the CI cupcakes for their party AND another 2 dozen of cupcakes in ice cream cones for Noah's actual birthday on Tuesday. And I have to buy bakery/storebought treats for Grace to take to her school.

Those aren't the ones I'm thinking of. The ones I'm thinking of had an article that talked about a more chocolatey less sweet recipe being less kid-palate oriented. There was no filling.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
Can someone give me advice on electrically-related things? A light just flickered and then there was a loud BZZT sound from the back of the house. I unplugged the lamp and investigated but found nothing amiss. The breaker box looks normal; everything's ON except the Outdoor circuit, which may have always been OFF, I can't remember. The outdoor lights are all still on, so the Outdoor circuit must only be the electrical outlets outside.
So, my question is, should I worry? Should I do anything?
