And, good god, is it ever bonus-only material.
If I paid that much for a tea-maker, it would have to make the tea and bring it to me when I said "Earl Gray."
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

or when I clap twice.
le nub, I actually had to turn it off -- listening to Mike Daisey justify/rationalize his lies was making me cringe so hard I couldn't take it anymore.
Kate,
It really is incredible, isn't it? I am glad Ira Glass didn't punch him in the face!
I'd like someone to punch him in the face.
Skipping ahead to say I'm catching up on DVR'd shows, and just watched Good Wife (love that show), and then Smash-- and after seeing him as Colin Sweeney who is creepy as hell, it was really hard to believe him as a loving dad in Smash! I kept expecting there to be random acts of violence.
Seriously. And it pisses me off too because I think it's a topic that deserves serious journalistic inquiry, and this mess could just make it that much easier to dismiss any further reporting on problems with Apple's (or other companies') manufacturing practices abroad.
Yay laundry!
Oops, I have towels in the washer from this morning I forgot about, thanks!
I don't watch Smash, but I can see that being a problem, meara!
Aside from the importance of the topic, I despise writers who invent things or rearrange timelines and characters and then say they did it to make a better story. If you're a good writer, you can tell a good story with the facts. If telling the truth is too difficult for you, write fiction and identify it as such.
