Actually, it's the one in Englewood, just outside of Denver. They wanted to be close to an airport so his wife could visit more easily.

I just draw the entire model, head to toe. There are no rules about that, I can do a portrait, head and shoulders, torso, whatever. Play with the composition.

He's at a federal prison in Terre Haute, IN.
I guess I misremembered the news. Blago will be just down the road from me then. Hmmmm. News is on in 30 minutes, will have to see what they say about it all.
Terre Haute isn't that far from the Indy airport, but I suppose the distance might be closer in CO.
One can only hope that either governor will soon share a cell with Governor Walker of WI.
