What should I do, then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? … Unholy fruit basket?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

How does so much of a person finds room in such a still-small frame?

Aw! And he's still super-happy!

the corresponging word in Hebrew simply means "small", which he has already been for a year, as a baby, so it's no help

He has previously been tiny, and now is just small? Or he has previously been a lump of baby and is now a small person?

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Kate! How far along are you? Are you sick already of people asking you how you're feeling? And if not, how are you feeling?

Hi Nilly! I'm about 35 weeks along, so (if all continues to go well) I've got somewhere between three and seven more weeks to go. (...Suddenly that seems like no time at all!)

How I'm feeling on any given day depends heavily on how I slept the night before, which varies greatly. But I slept pretty decently last night, so at the moment, I'm feeling good!

Is the USDA for real that food is only safe in an unopened fridge for four hours without power? I guess I don't have a lot in there, but still: boooooo.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Or he has previously been a lump of baby and is now a small person?

My SiL refers to babies that are 1-3 months old as "nuggets."

Is the USDA for real that food is only safe in an unopened fridge for four hours without power?

I don't know; I think some things are going to be fine, like pickles.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Liard is Patois for liar. Then end of my post was intended to indicate that everyone thinks I'm straight (which, well, accurate, so there's that), but my sister gets a fair amount of gay attention, even when she insists she's not of said orientation.

hip deep in pie

I would think most things would be okay for longer than that Jesse. I'd worry most about mayo, meat and some kinds dairy.

Yeah, good call, right? Things that are already preserved should be OK.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Raw meat is about the only thing I'd have any concerns about. And probably not much if it was only that long.
