Lorne: My little prince. Oh…what did they do to you? Angel: Nina…tried to…eat me. Lorne: Oh, you're--medic! You're gonna make it Angel. Just don't stop fighting. Doctor! Is there a Gepetto in the house?

Does it do any good if the recipient is using gamail? Or does not have IRM installed?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Every email we write is automatically forwarded to a third party because of industry regulation. I wonder if that system would interfere. Also, our CIO would never install anything that meant anyone could write an email that couldn't be sent to her. She could go to the third party site, and read my smiley/frowny battle with QA this morning, but if it escalated, I don't know if she'd want to bother.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I spoke too soon! My power just went out. Good thing I have a million candles. And yeah, I couldn't actually implement the no-forward emails, either.(I wish I knew how to make a hard return on my phone!)

You know what I don't recommend? Flying to the East Coast the day that you also lose an hour to DST. I've been here since Saturday and my sleep schedule is so fucked up, I can't even.

Dana, I am so with you--I flew out here on Sunday!!

Punishingly Intricate

Oh my gosh, my company is doing a March Madness brackets thing where, if you win, your winnings go to the charity of your choice. And the partners are kicking in a bunch of $ too. I like doing the brackets because I like the idea of winning money but I really know NOTHING about basketball and this time it counts. I need to pick good ones!

Jesse, it looks like it's turning into a huge fire. How close are you to it?

Jesse! Be safe!

I am also weirded out hat buffistas are mentioned, albeit briefly, on fan lore: [link] Weird.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Jesse, stay safe! Scary. I hope no one is hurt.

The herb taking over my garden is mint. It cannot be eradicated. At least, it smells wonderful when I rip it out of the ground.

Note to self: need more LED candles.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Guys, I have the weirdest damn post on my FB page, I don't even. I was just friended by someone I guess I knew in elementary school? I don't know anything about what's up with her, except I'm assuming that her string bikini/cleavage profile pic means we're not in the same industry. Anyway today finds a link to this article: [link] and this status: "May you Rest in Peace, [firstname]..."

Like, you know someone who was recently shot? I.e., murdered? And your response is just "rest in peace"? And this happened so recently the police haven't released his name? And you know who it is? And your response is to post cryptically to facebook? And there's one comment on the post and I'm not sure that commenter knows the deceased! How many people are getting shot in your life?!
