I know I should eat better, but most times it's hard to get past the whole - it doesn't matter what I eat I'll still be fat. Although my shrink said I'm "lucky" because my weight gain seems to have either stopped and that some people who take Seroquel have a weight gain that stops after about 60 lbs, which is kinda where I am. He said he has patients who eat right, exercise every day and still have gained 100 lbs or more taking Serqouel.

What's odd to me is that after a 30lb weight loss and dropping a size...I don't really look any different. Maybe my face a little bit?
