Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

Yeah, IBM is now claiming they sent us a wire transfer for the amount on Sept. 9, directly into our bank account. We never received any such, and our bank backs us up. They now seem to think it is not their problem. (Never mind Sept. 9 was still THREE MONTHS AND ONE WEEK after the travel anyway.)

Would you like to get on the warpath with IBM Dublin, which still has not sent us $1500 reimbursing mr. flea from our trip for his interview June 1?

We never received any such, and our bank backs us up. They now seem to think it is not their problem.

Oh, fer. Time to elevate. Who here knows the email address of the CEO of IBM?

Librarian Warlord

Who here knows the email address of the CEO of IBM?

Well, the website has an email address, but if you want his home telephone number in CT, flea, I'm looking at it right now courtesy of one of the library's databases.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Dude, I'm so glad the librarian warlord is on our side.

Librarygeddon!

ION, check out this awesome picture: [link]

If it weren't too scary for a kid's room, I would print it out for my nephew's bedroom.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

That is some badass librarianism, right there.

I love that poster!

I don't think it's too scary if the kid has a teddy bear. My Bokie bested any number of monsters. (My teddy bear was a Smokie the Bear, but I couldn't say S's.)

Cashmere, Theo!

Did you get the Yousendit links I sent yesterday for the Halloween Disco mix?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Yes, I did, but I won't be able to do anything about it until I get home!
