My nephew had surgery to put plates/pins on his collar bone yesterday, and apparently is now in a lot of pain. I wish we could do more for him, but my DH is in NYC all this week and next and then leaves for a trip to Sri Lanka and Geneva.

Well, they pretty much know it has to be somebody who works there or somebody who was checked in. (Not like my workplace where basically anyone could come off the street and walk right in.)
