Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That was pretty much our relationship to Seabiscuit when he was feral, and you see where that led...

Man, long day today, and the SO wrenched his back again. I really appreciate how hard he works for me, but I don't like him doing all this physical stuff. Dave Ramsey. Gotta keep focused on the endgame.

We had two separate instrument gift fails today, both student recipients were noshows (no fault of their own). But we finished the day watching a former recording client lead worship with his band for about a hundred kids from three different tribes. He said some really awesome challenging stuff that we could never get away with saying, and I'm just so proud of him.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Puppy!!! He's cute!!! It's nice to have a puppy get the ball and bring it back. Hope the weekend goes well, and your shoulder gets stronger.

IO-speaker-N, I priced out a rough replacement system. Even though it was the end of the day at the end of the week at the end of the quarter, apparently my rough estimates has made it's way up to the Dean's office. Who knows, maybe it will get replaced in a timely manner.

IO-nonwork-N- Mom is painting her new condo. She has brought up a car and van load of stuff. Her pack-rat state is shifting north to the new place. I'm not sure how to handle this. I've been relaxed and calm and supportive up till now. But. It's really impacting her life. Her pack-rat has already cost her $1600 in extra rent to pack it all up from the old place. It looks like she is finding a storage unit up here. Ugg. What I forsee happening... when she passess, being the only one out here in CA, I will have to be the one to deal with all the junk. Just don't wanna.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I didn't know I was a dog person until Frankie. Now I seem to be more of a dog person than a cat person, which I never expected. I am not a perfect dog owner, by a far stretch, but I love him and he loves me.

The kid thing is TBD, but I think I'll be okay either way.

Why yes, still filming.

Cass, get it gone. Bulk Freecycle or donate. Some places will pick up.

My row is scheming against the chatterboxes, still yammering after twelve hours. If we don't win, there may be blood. The earrings will come off, because I am wearing big silver hoops.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Take earrings off, aim low, strike fast, strike twice and don't be afraid to get dirty.

Home safe and sound, without blood shed. Damn, I may not make it to the parade. Pisser. Thanks again, Nora and Tom.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I have a .m4a file I'd like to upload and share here. Anyone know a good program or site for the purpose?

Compassionately intolerant

I'm fast gaining a much deeper empathy for my puppy having clients.

Lord 'o Mercy. I have _enormous_ welts on my arm from the mouthing. Foster mom says I need to be 'tougher'. Me? Jeez, I'm one of the hardest asses I've ever met where discipline is concerned. I need a new strategy.

Otherwise, he's been delightful. No fuss in the crate at all. He's learning to walk behind me on the stairs and we got through the feeding ritual in only 5 minutes. It seemed like a long time, but in the overall scheme of things, he did really well. I could see the gears turning as he tried to figure out what I wanted.

The problem may be that the Bully part of him doesn't actually care what I want. This could make doing demonstrations very difficult, if not impossible.

His love for all dogs was even more evident this morning. I was able to convince a woman to let her dog go in our front yard and Cagney ran like a mad thing for a good 15 minutes. It was perfect. He was crazy excited, but appropriately submissive and polite.

When we came in, he was all dirty from the wet grass. He figured out very quickly that I wanted him to lay down on a towel and then completely submitted to being wiped off. I tried to sing the feet wiping song I made up for Bartleby, but it was too sad. I'll have to think of a new one.
