Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

How happy would you be with a slight variation on that theme? I think we can get you in sight of the sticky toffee goal.

Depends on the variation. It's becoming a bit of a quest. The bar also supposedly had elderflower cordial, which I was so excited about, but they were out of that too. The poor waiter felt very bad. However, the lamb pie was yum! TCG is quite happy to have a pie and a pint every night, and I'm happy if I can have pie and pudding.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I would like to be in a British pub ordering a pint of their best bitter. I would like to be there now.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Depends on the variation.

I love steak and ale pie. The only thing that beats it is Guinness pie, best sampled in Dublin.

Trust my rage

I want a "leaf on the wind" tattoo. I am always trying to keep such a tight grip on life and I would like the tattoo to remind me to let go and be a leaf more often. But I'm not really sure what it should look like or where it should go.

Seska, that sounds perfect! I've had it with dates before so that is fine, and with the custard on top, I'll be a very happy girl! Now I am even more excited to meet you than I was before, and I can perhaps stop driving my husband crazy for a bit.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Yay, sj in UK! With bonus Seska and DW!

I hope Frankie's healing up well.

I'm glad amyth's scalp is no longer bleeding and the injury was ultimately minor.

Erin's going to look fabulous, with the input of las Bitches, though she looks just fine and fabulous anyway.

And who is that boy in those baby pictures of Ryan? Such a handsome young man.
