Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Is there any way to tell a guy from OK Cupid that I don't need to chat with him every day? We exchanged AIM names, and went out on one date (which went OK, nothing great but nothing horrible), and now, for the past two weeks, he's been IMing me every day, usually with nothing to say, just things like "I'm just online for a minute, getting dinner" or "Sent out more job applications today." Never anything that really seems like it's meant to start a conversation or convey any information that I might want to know, it's just like he's decided that he's going to IM me each night, and so he always finds something to say, no matter how pointless. It's getting irritating.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Holy cow, smonster, that is so cool!

Hil, I wish I had good advice for you. On occasion I have told people, pretty bluntly, that I don't like aimless small-talky chatting, but it doesn't usually go over very well. And I remember when M and I got together, I really *did* like just chatting a bit with him whenever we were both online, because I wanted to know more about him. So I'm guessing if that's not the case for you with this guy, he's probably not someone you're all that interested in. Uh, not that that conversation is any easier to have...

If I'm a ringmaster, he should be my lion, right?

He'll need a little lion's mane ruff!

Dean went to the vet for his rabies and other vaccines. He definitely has a heart murmur. Which the vet said could be serious or it could be something he could live with fine. His heart maybe enlarged but the only way to find out is with an ultrasound, which is like $300-$500 and even then there's no real treatment for heart problems in cats, it would be more informational.

I do not have that money to spend for information. Also he lost 2 lbs, but that's because I've been lax about keeping him away from human food and he's got diarrhea again but I think probiotics should help. And keeping him out of milk, chicken, and other things.
