Cereal: I just talked to someone at the park who's living in my old place. Gave her the heads up about his shadiness, and caught him in a definite lie (yes, those pocket doors close).
AFAIK, StW has only applied for a job here, and is fairly certain to get it. There seems to be a resulting shift in how much time he's spending with me. I was seeing him only every two or three weeks, and I saw him three times this past week. And this morning he texted me about hanging out tomorrow night - I usually just get a "whatcha doing [right now]?" text during a moment when he's free and wants to see me. So that's nice. Trying not to make any assumptions or read too much into it, or at least be aware of what I'm projecting.

Sounds like a shift in a positive direction, smonster. I'd be silly and tell you to enjoy one day at a time, but being human I know you have to think bigger picture.
My phone is dead and I left the charger in the car which is with DH at sports center. But I did get a family shot up on Facebook. I have one of the shirts a couple dozen o the team moms and fans are wearing. I somehow convinced my boys to wear team colors. The coaching staff was white today. The head coach is big on the coaches all dressing the same. I think they have 7 coaches. DH is big man coach, no shock there.
Normally I like a good challenging game, but nerves are taunt enough at the state championship so I was grateful for the easy win. 62-29 and that was after pulling the starters. Still wound up and watching Rachel isn't relaxing me. Think it is time to read. DH is watching another bracket's game.

ugg. ran out of spoons. Just in time too. Got home, and sat in car for about 15 minutes thinking "too chilly to sleep here, c'mon get upstairs". Thankfully, week (well, 2+ weeks) of high stress are done. And it looks like I got the WHOLE weekend off. Oh thank dog! All alarms are turned off. I sleep until I awake. If I go Rip Van Winkle, so be it.
