Thanks, Erin. We're still hoping they would rather re-negotiate with us than start again with a new buyer who will also have an inspection and probably find the same problems we did. But between having to use my inhaler several times yesterday because of the cleaning chemicals, the resulting anxiety attack, and then this news right before bed, I did not sleep well last night and sort of want to curl up in a ball and never answer the phone again.

FWIW, Method cleaners are the only ones that do not send me gagging (the Method clear cleaners). Fat lot of good that will do for you now.
We use vinegar and water in our house and magic erasers. This wasn't our place but the new place which had been extreme cleaned before we got there and I had to spend 3 hours there feeling like crap the whole time.

I am done with resume RD. Now, if I can whip out a killer cover out in the next hour -- and I think I CAN -- I am going to damned Home Depot and buying the supplies to PAINT THE DAMNED HALL!
And I am going out drinking with my newly connected, thank you Facebook, BFF from high school, who is still snarky and sarcastic and awesome. WOO.
Going to bedat 9:30 last night and reading a book and a half really re-energized me.
