I'm pretty thrilled for you. I am just shocked you found another house you liked. That was not my experience when I house hunted. Except for the first house I was in, I barely liked any of the other houses I saw. This includes my current home!

Sweet. Those pictures look fab!! So happy for you. Tons of light. Gotta love that. During inspection, I hope it's a cold day. Make sure to check around the windows. Weatherstrip and insulation very important. And hopefully double pained.
It's February in Massachusetts, it should be sufficiently cold and/or breezy. We're using the same home inspector that found several issues with the other seller's windows, so I'm not concerned. He was very efficient.
