Thanks, everyone. This house has a much better feel to it, even if it probably requires more work be put into it to make it what we want, if that makes any sense.

I don't think I will be contacting her, but I will probably be getting around to filing that complaint with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors for suggesting I pay more for a house because of my disability, in e-mail. An e-mail which I have been saving until I was done having to deal with her.
