The real estate agent for the sellers was supposed to meet with them at 3 to discuss the fixes we want made to the house. I'm sick of getting the run around about how the sellers schedules are so difficult and would like to hear something now.

Bitca real estate agent (for the seller) is continuing to be a bitca. She did not respond full to every point we made in the counter offer, used vague language for those answers she did give, and once again did not provide my real estate agent with the phone call he asked her to make as a courtesy. She continues to act like it is a sellers market and how dare we ask for anything. I think my real estate agent and TCG are feeling like we should walk away and look into our other option. I am just really tired of this whole process. Plus, there is the added stress that by the end of this month we are supposed to tell our landlord whether we are going to renew our lease or leave by the 1st of May. At this point we're probably going to have to ask him to allow us to go month to month, and we have no idea how he is going to react to that. Things have not been good here lately, and he may be hoping he can just find other tenants who don't complain about the upstairs tenants so much. t /brain dump

He is trying but it is not easy to do apparently. He stood a chance when they weren't paying their rent, but they caught up a while back.

Thanks, Calli - she's on painkillers for the weekend and seems to be doing a little better. If she doesn't keep improving, she may need an xray on Wednesday.
