On other news, I hear the Maryland House of Delegates has passed the same sex marriage bill. Now it has to get through the state senate.

Oh yes. I've seen the first season of the anime, and have the first four volumes of the manga. The Infamous BlueJay is trying to convince me to cosplay something from it.

The vet said that otherwise Xusha seems to be very healthy, the bloodwork will be back on Monday. They gave me some pain meds, but if they don't help she'll need xrays and maybe a steroid shot.

Did I give y'all the update on my follow-up visit to the doc? First of all, I gained a few pounds back, so less of a worry. Secondly, she thinks that acid reflux is behind the weight loss. I didn't realize it could make you feel bloated and full. She's got me on Zantac 150 mg for a month. I guess it's the stress and smoking that's causing that? Also, some nights I do pretty much eat and then go to bed without a lot of time to digest. Another reason to quit smoking, not that I needed another, or that it will help. I know sleeping propped up is supposed to help, but I can't do that because I can only sleep in a couple of positions due to my hip.

Anyway.
