Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Thank you, Todd. It's done. Unfortunately, we're working with a deadline to get it in tomorrow's papers. It will be in the Frederick News-Post and the Harrisburg Patriot-News.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Thought I'd offer. I copyedit. It would have been less painful for me.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

If it makes anyone feel any better, I think they're overreaching and will ultimately have to pay. turning the existing gender gap into a gender chasm will not do well for them in the fall and beyond. But it seems like inflicting short-term pain is kind of what they're into these days. Bastards. (I think I have my outrage on sort of like a virus scan that's in the background...comes on every day, kind of slows up the works but I'm moderately able to do other things.)

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I so hope you're right, erika. I am so angry and feel so helpless about all this that I can't even think about it without wanting to break down in sobs.

Yeah, don't misunderstand, I'm not trying to say there is nothing to worry about...they can still do a lot of damage. But it's a fight we can win.

Our wings are not tired.

Nothing like editing your husband's obituary

Sucks indeed. {{Maria}} I let my SIL do Stephen's and she got his age wrong. Made him a year older. It cracked me up when I read it in the paper because he would have been really pissed. He was very vane and always lied about his age in the other direction.

I do believe this, Erika. Not that it is any fun to watch.
