Paging Teppy - are there contraindications for taking Flexeril and Xanax (like, a quarter pill) together? And if I do that and then drink, am I risking a Heath Ledger?

I think a flexiril and a quarter pill of Xanax would be okay together; it's probably not recommended by people who can lose their license to practice medicine, but -- put it this way: I would do it. I probably have done it.
I would maybe not drink with it, though, but I am a HUGE scaredy cat when it comes to mixing booze and pills.
A lesson that could have been valuable to so many in the entertainment industry. And my family.
I may just skip the pills and go with the alcohol. But thank you very much for the counsel!!
