Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Teppy, I hope you are getting some relief from your tooth pain.

I went to the dentist today to have a couple fillings replaced and there was not enough anxiety meds and not enough novacain.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

That or they spend a heck of a lot of time rolling leaves.
I had friends in college with that problem. Summer Stock theater too.

[don't mind me, apparently I am snarky today, as evidenced in Games thread too]

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I came home from work to find a mystery package on my doorstep. Turned out to be a present from two of our friends: [link] AWESOME.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That is too funny, Steph. Makes me want to bake superhero cookies.

The status is NOT quo.

Oh god I'm so miserable. I forgot to take my Pristiq this morning and have been having horrible brain zaps all afternoon. I feel awful.

Tep, I'm sorry to hear about your tooth pain. I hope the antibiotics work.

Thanks! No real improvement yet, but I'm giving it another day and a half or so. And thinking REALLY LOUDLY at it, "Hey! Stop hurting!"

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

What about clove oil?

I remembered too late this evening that people had recommended clove oil (I blame the tramadol for making me loopy). I'm going to run to CVS at lunch tomorrow to get some.

As I recall from my dry socket, it was pretty miraculous.
