My international date line: Hey babe, do you come to this time zone often?
Oh, billytea, never change!
My plans are making pie crust for a quiche that I will bake in the morning for my sister's annual New Year's Day brunch. If I don't bring my own I will be forced to pick onions out of one of theirs and not eat the crust. So, I will make one I can eat.
I may watch some more episodes of Once Upon A Time. I'm liking it.
If I forget to wander back, Happy New Year Buffistas!
My lentil soup is done, and yummy, and I'm considering heating up some of the manicotti Mom sent home with us.
Will and I had dinner last night and he came up and spent the night and he's spending tonight! Our first New Years Eve together.
So far we've had some fun times, took lots of naps, watched Community, made popcorn and are now about to watch hockey and watch hockey on CBC.
I decided to stay home. We have awesome fireworks visable from the patio and champagne. Also DH has been gone all week and the boys are both doing their own thing. So I am in my bathing suit and the spa is heating. DH went to fetch Thai and an evening outside swimming and watching fireworks is planned. Too bad I am still sick, but I didn't take drugs so I could enjoy bubbly and still be awake at midnight. At which time DH gets a handshake and rain check.
Laura, how did the basketball game go?
The boys were awesome. They lost the championship game by just a few points. Considering that almost all the teams were rich private schools I am very proud of them. The rest of their season will be a breeze.

Well done! Let's go, Pompano!
Rock on, basketball boys!
They go to the invitational tournaments to play against teams from around the country and state that are much better than their usual competition. It improves their game. Is Richmond, CA near SF? They played a team called Salesian from there, and won.
