Simon: I swear when it's appropriate. Kaylee: Simon, the whole point of swearing is that it ain't appropriate.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

A young dog would help distract you from grief by keeping you very, very busy.

"Oh no! Has falling sky liquid once again caused you the sadness?" -Starfire

After my 17 year old cat, Turbo, passed away, I swore I would never get another pet. I considered him my soul kitty, and I knew I could never love another pet as much as I loved him.

Two months later, I got a shelter cat. He'll never replace Turbo in my heart, but I love him dearly and he brings me so much joy.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I know. The request for DD has to go from the paying entity to the bank, and then the bank has to approve it and get back to the paying entity. They won't take direct requests because of the possibility of fraud. This can take up to three weeks.

Thanks for the explanation, Scrappy. At least I know it wasn't a screw-up.

Percy the Emo Cat is a black kitty. Spot the Under-the-Hedge Cat is also a black kitty, as is her brother The Evil Twin. I like black cats.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I trust that bonny will know when the time is right, or that the right dog will find her. I think she should come visit, I have furry family for snuggling and comfort.

I'm in Cackalack! My brother and I are play teasing each other, my dad is grilling chicken, my mom is making latkes, and my sister is... off upstairs. Wrapping prezzies? I've already been assaulted by Sammy the Siamese Love Kitty, and nearly sat in cat barf.

Thrive to spite them

Anna was black. With some white on her tummy, but she looked like a black cat when she was perched. Until she started turning gray.

Thrive to spite them

Early Christmas dinner was yummy.

Then Dean provided post dinner entertainment by trying to cram his head in the spout of the cream container. I finally opened it all up and he stuck his head in, pulled it out, covered in cream, and cleaned his whiskers. Then he did that a few times.

And while Will and I were distracted Penny stole a steak bone and made a run for under the bed. She was cut off and the bones were confiscated.

Thrive to spite them

Now they are having an even more splendid time playing with the catnip toys that were in my secret santa box!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Classic no-filter line from my sister, after my brother licked some sour cream from his cutlery: "Was it as good for you as it was for the knife?" As much as my mother loves having us all under one roof, we rather delight in disturbing her prudishness.

Guess what I got for Hanukkah? Cold Kiss by Amy Garvey!!! Can't wait to curl up in bed with it.

Tomorrow I see my dear friend L, who I've known since 1994 and haven't seen in a year or so.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Black cats are the best...makes me sad other people don't think so.

I love my little black kitty. And, I'm really worried about him. He's not doing well. I have a friend with dogs who says she can't stand the thought of losing her dogs one day, so she thinks of it as her dogs leaving home to get married. It's happier that way. I've told Mickey that when he's ready to go get married, he needs to let me know. And, frankly, I'd prefer if he'd elope one night.

I know that decision is going to come sooner than later and it's tearing me up already.
