Just emailed ex-roomie what she owes me in final bills. It's over $300. Here's hoping she pays me! I only charged her $25 for cleaning (my last landlady in CH, who's a friend, charged me $200 to clean the whole house).

I talked to G'ma today she's doing well, except one of her oldest, dearest friends passed away a few days ago. They'd be friends for 70 years.
