In other news, I've got the tell-tale pre-flareup ache in my wrists and hands. Not that there's ever a good time for this, but now is really not a good time for it.
Well, the pulmonary doctor doesn't have any appointments available until late January. There's another medical group in the area that has a few pulmonologists, but my experience there has been similar -- new patients have to wait to see specialists. I guess I'll give it another day or two, and if I'm not doing any better, I'll try for an appointment with the other group.

Well, I can see A doctor. I can get in to see my primary care doctor generally within a day after I call, and sometimes that same day. It's just the specialists where I've got to wait.
