Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

missing them sucks

That's about the size of it.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah. I mean, it was nice that she was such a part of my life, but now that she's not there, that's hard.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Typo Boy, that is hilarious. And sadly not that far from some of the crap press releases put out by, for example, BP.

Aw, erika. Frankie and I would love to have you and your mom visit. But you're right, this is not the place for not being hot, and if you're used to dry heat you may not be able to breathe. I know I struggled on my brief visit to Phoenix... felt like I was going to explode into dust like a staked vampire. I need humidity.

missing them sucks

For damn sure it does.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I stayed up way too late last night because I just wasn't tired, and I think I got maybe 5 1/2 hours of sleep.

Right now, I am POSITIVE the clock is running backwards. It HAS TO BE.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Happy Birthday, Ryan!

...in my cosmic next life, if I get to choose, I think I want BT and Biyi for parents. Ryan's such a good example.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

missing them sucks

Totally does.

Happy birthday, Ryan! Your Dad tells the best stories about you. You are all very lucky.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Missing pets does totally suck. Some friends of mind had to put down their 18 year old dog, Trixie, last night. 18 is very old indeed for a small dog (even smaller than you are thinking of) but they still will miss her. It is always hard, Erika, and no way to make it not be hard. You gave your dog love and a good life, and I know that does not help. {{}}

Always Anti-fascist!

Sometime we'll visit...maybe not during the summer...frying pan into fire much? Actually, TB, it does help a little knowing that we had a good life together. Just not with the lost-companionship portion.(at least, we did not have a complicated relationship where we fought beforehand or anything.) But smonster and Typo Boy can both be proud that I looked up recycling an old TV today. I wish it could be simpler, I gotta say, but eventually we'll do it.
