I apparently don't have a UTI (the result of my culture came back, and the NP said that there were bacteria in there, but not close to the kind of numbers you get with a UTI). She recommended I call my OB/GYN and see if it's some ladyparts problem.
Bah. I wish everything was quickly and easily fixable.

Mayo Clinic's website has a symptom checker dealie, and when I put in all my symptoms, the top 3 are ladyparts related. UTI is *way* down on the list. Weird. I did not know that ovarian cysts had "I AM PEEING FIRE" as a symptom, but apparently they do (as does PID) (neither of which I want) (or the peeing fire).
Meh. Stupid falling-apart non-Captain America body.
