Taking note from Strix i shall heretofore be very very careful to specify that all organ donation is only allowed AFTER my death or on express permission from my living, conscious, sentient self. )

Heeeee. She had two kidney transplants. The first one didn't work so she had a second transplant a couple of years later. They don't remove the malfunctioning organ unless it is causing other problems. So...4 kidneys. We just told her she was greedy.
