Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you were saying sleep in them and then keep wearing them that day, I might raise a slight eyebrow, but after washing who cares?

P-C, I *love* the wedding pictures on FB! Your family really is damn good-looking

Yes--and it's so nice to see it all worked out and everyone was OK and your parents weren't boycotting and all that jazz. Everyone looks so pretty in their finery!

Compassionately intolerant

You're making a new human! Wear whatever you want.

Seconded!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Glam, I say go for it.

The doctor gave me a prescription so I keep down bland foods. Mom ended up coming up and helped me get to the doctors and go to the market for more Gatorade and bland foods. Now it's nap time again.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Yikes, sj,really hope you're feeling much better soon. Glad Mom could come help you out. Much like chicken soup, sometimes Mom has a positive effect on recovery.

I am too, but I feel kind of pathetic asking her to drive an hour and a half just to take care of me for a few hours. She is making me pastina with chicken broth and a little butter now, which is our family sick/comfort food. I'm supposed to take the medication a half hour before I eat.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

P-C, your brother and SiL's wedding was lovely!

I'm having to dash off, but this weekend in town about 18 of us who attended school at Imperial College in London through the Missouri-London program are having our 20 year reunion!

20 fucking years! It was 1993, I was 20, knew NO ONE, had never flown on a plane before. But it was great! I met one of my BFFs there; she lives in town; my roommate, who is a go-go dancer will be there. All the closeted people are out (although Kel and I correctly had our gaydar buzzing in 93)and proud and tomorrow we hit the gay bars for dancing!

I'm excited! It couldn't come at a better time for me to do something that makes me feel good.

Gotta go!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Sounds like epic fun, Strix!

Trust my rage

Glam, I bought a shirt and two track suit type outfits two days before Frisco was born. I was bummed but I decided I didn't care if it made him come sooner. Plus, I work them a bunch in the first couple of weeks after he was born.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

There is nothing more miserable than not being able to eat. Poor sj.

I'm still wearing a couple of maternity tops, eleven months later.

Strix, that sounds fabulous! Yay for getting out and doing something fun.

sj, I hope you start feeling better soon.
