My SIL covered the cost of the mani/pedi visits for me and my birthday employee, and had a bottle of wine and lovely plant there for me too. Lunch with hubby, then last night Bobby, DH and I went to the beach and ate very yummy stuff at a bar there then went to walk on the beach.
First born son managed to forget my birthday two years in a row. He sucks, but we already knew that.
Having much of my family over tomorrow for a brunch gathering. Need to think about what I am feeding them some time today.

If any beer loving Buffistas visit me I promise to bring them to the place we went last night. Brother Tuckers [link] is apparently renowned for the beer selections and fresh brew of the day specials. I don't drink beer (devoted wino) but I did accept a taste of a chocolate variety they were serving. Just a tiny hole in the wall next to the beach. We will surely go back again soon.
