Our wedding was officiated by my childhood youth minister, who is the same age at the SO, which is to say, was still quite young at the time. It was the second wedding he'd done, ever, and he was terrified! He'd called up the senior minister to say, uhh, they're eloping, what should I do? I don't know what advice he gave him, but he did it, and it was a really sweet service, and we didn't have the bit where they ask for objections, 'cause there were pretty good odds there were going to be. Hee.
