Stephanie, it's a tough situation you are in. I don't have easy answers (or really, any tough answers, either) but I do have lots of supportive thoughts for you - ~ma for you to hold on, and some for the father of your baby, that he can work his way through whatever this challenge is, so he can come out the other side and justify your belief in him.
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I don't have any advice, Stephanie, but it sounds like what you need isn't advice so much as empathy, and that I have. {{hugs}}
And half and half is .99 for a pint at TJ's.
Really?! I know butter is cheaper there, but now I am going to have to price it at my local TJ's (I have a local TJ's! It's still so awesome to say that!) because that's .30 cheaper than my Hy-Vee.

Or you can follow the advice of my great-aunt, who told me that if I drank 10 cups of coffee black, I'd never go back.
Ew, black coffee.
Stephanie, good luck. That sounds tough, and I know you're close to others he's close to, so whatever it is, is probably stressy for all. Hope it turns out all well.

Or sleep. Or, probably, crawl off of the ceiling. Mmm, coffee.
Really?!
Right? And that is the only item I can price off of the top of my head but I saw it when I was there tonight. I didn't even buy any. Clearly I noticed because I needed to tell Buffistas.
I phrased that badly. She recommended 10 cups in a row, not necessarily on the same day. These days it's possible that half-and-half is cheaper than coffee.
Cass' work here (for tonight) is done.
I...got everything on my to-do list for today done. I think I'll read a book and polish my nails! CRAZY.
TJ's Alert: They're clearing out their pumpkin souffles, which are delish. It's eighty nine cents for a package of four. They're frozen. You cook it into your muffin pan and it's yummy.
I've taken my coffee black lots of times, but I still prefer it with cream usually.
