I have a funny story.
They're making me manager at work. Not my dream job but I guess I should be happy, it is more money. That's not the funny story.
My boss was going over the 'customer satisfaction survey' results for the past few months..
Boss: So we're at 68% overall satisfaction
Me: That's bad
Boss: Well we were at 62% for the previous period so we're up 10%!

Had a nice day with D. Went to see a house I may rent, right by Tom and Nora's; then ran some errands and did a couple of things at home; then took Frankie with us and walked around the Quarter, read while sitting on the courthouse steps listening to a band, and gave Frankie a good romp at the de facto FQ dog park.
Now he's at his to watch the Packers, and I'm at mine trying to psyche myself up to cook some of the ridiculous amount of veggies I have.

Technically the results went up by 10%. If the original results were 62%, a10% increase of that number is 6% giving an update result of 68%.

I may have found a bed I like that is afordable! $630 for the bed and headboard (not mattress). Here is link to see it. [link] Queen sized storage bed. 8 drawers, plus the shelves in the headboard. Just waiting to hear what the construction materials are. It says veneer with solids. I wanna make sure it's not particle board.
Tomorrow I'm helping my friends M&C paint their new house! I am approaching it like an Amish bard raising party. I will be with "the ladies" and help with the refreshments. I'm also lending my super cool Wagner Power Roller. But making BIG lasagna and cheesy garlic bread to feed the folks helping out.
