The flu sucks, but I'm glad it isn't more serious.

I am going to make a trip to the market, and I'm selfishly hoping that TCG gets back before I do so that he can do the first round of kitchen clean up before I need to start the second round of cooking.

Lordy, much healing ~ma to everyone.

I, too, spent time in the hospital today. The condition that nearly killed me in 2010 has recurred and I'm a bit freaked out.

So far, no critical infection, and I have an appointment with a podiatrist on Monday. I've been told I'll be on medication for about 6 months.

This after 3 weeks of the coughing virus and 3 months of the runny nose virus.

Seriously. What the ever-loving...

Thankfully, I have some of the protective meds left over from the last time, which is helpful.

May 2013 bring us ALL health and happiness.

I could sure use some of both.

Thanks Pix. My fear-o-meter has tipped way past 11, but I'm trying to keep it together.

I try never to say I can't take any more, because I don't want to tempt any tricky tricksters, but I'm at about the end of the proverbial rope, stress-wise.

What I really, truly want for 2013 is nothing grand...just some ease. That can't be too much to ask.
