I KNOW I do, and stringently spellcheck it.
Same here, but since the letter dropped I've been drooping with the sleepies, and just not paying attention at all. Bank-relief inspired narcolepsy for the win.

Jesus H. Christ on a crutch Matt. Sorry you are going through this. Glad you are getting the help you need. Hope the help helps you cope with the depression and other problems.
All best possible thoughts, Matt. Steady recovery and stress-coping methods to you.
Best wishes and get better~ma, Matt.
Matt, tons of ~ma headed your way. If there is anything any of us can do for you, don't hesitate to ask.
Aaaaauugh. The stress-triggered eczema on the back of my neck, thankfully, doesn't itch right now. (Two nights of Benadryl helped with that AND sleeping.) But it's at the flaking, skin-peeling stage, and the mere knowledge of that makes me itch psychosomatically. Must not claw off skin. Must not.
Jilli, would wrapping it or wearing a cold compress or turtleneck help?

I may wrap a scarf around it. A cold compress would just make me chilled, and I'm already feeling kinda cold. The main problem is that it DOESN'T itch, but knowing that I'm shedding like a snake is maddening.
Stupid stress-triggered eczema. Why couldn't I have gotten a stress-triggered reaction of not eating?
(I kid, I kid! Mostly. There's a tiny part of my brain that thinks that would have been handy.)
Matt, thanks for checking in! Loads of ~ma to you.
I'm celebrating Buffistas & Adjacent Sick Day. Actually I got a head start yesterday. Bronchitis sucks.
Matt, all kinds of ~ma for you, love. I am so glad you got the help you needed and hope you continue to.
