Blergh, forgot about a funeral I was planning to attend this morning. I am SO not dressed for it, and it's work related, so I can let my colleagues represent me, I just feel stupid for forgetting.

Also got the news that my friend who got shot last year is leaving New Orleans to be with his family. My other friend who was in the car with him when it happened left New Orleans this past spring. It just makes me very sad.

I lost on Saturday. I forgot it was on the Charlie Brown Christmas CD. (I will say that's the only version of that song I can tolerate, so if I had to lose, I'm glad it was to that version.)

They put up the Christmas tree in our department last week. I'm finding it surprisingly cheerful. Bright blinky lights do that for me. I like bling.
