So, Frisco just ran away from me at the zoo. I looked for him for a few minutes and then stopped a staff person. Their response was amazing and they found him within a minute. At the FRONT GATE! We had been at the opposite end of the zoo when he took off.
Why did he run? Because I had discovered about 25 pictures in my iPhone that he had taken of his anus and I laughed out loud because how unexpected! But he was embarrassed and took off.
Yikes, Stephanie! I'm glad Frisco is safe.
Oh my goodness!! How old is he? I guess that's one way to find out what it looks like. Glad the park staff nabbed him.
He's 4. I think he thought he was being sort of scandalous and than I made him feel bad. I've mostly calmed down now but I can tell that I'm still very unsettled inside.

I went to pick up my bib for tomorrow's race, then to Target and bought random on-sale Turkey Day stuff (nothing refrigerated), and then went to JoAnn's and got some massively on sale doo-dads (like a sleeve board)
Twitter rumors about a ceasefire. Skeptical, but hope they turn out to be true.
Maybe my prayers for peace worked! Hey, it's possible. See, non-selfish prayers do work. Now. Could someone pray I win the lotto? If I do it, it'd be selfish.
ION - first day off in 2 weeks, and so far I've managed to do...nothing. But I have caught up on Castle! And by that I mean, finsihed the last 3 episodes from last season, and all of this season so far. Does that count for anything?
Sean, I left you a FB message with Andre's contact info. He says UPS is a solid, if boring, gig that doesn't require a license and offers union benefits if you get hired full time. It also leaves your nights open if you ever want to double up on work. Worth checking out.

Went to a superfun show tonight. The stagehands were dressed as iridescent cockroaches. And they danced. There was burlesque and swing dance and lots of hurricane jokes and an awesome song about having to pee (not that one, NOLA peeps, another one).
