Wesley: All right. I'm going to let you all in on something you may have trouble comprehending. I assure you however-- Gunn: Vampires are real. Wesley: I was telling!

'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Thanks for checking in, Shir. I hope things cool down soon.

Appeal~ma, erika.

I'm working from home today. Which is good, because my guffawing over Obama's secret evil plot to relocate everyone in suburbia to urban centers would have disturbed my coworkers. [link]

Someone remind me that if I keep going back to the gym, I will start feeling better instead of worse.

That's the prevailing theory. I can't confirm it from personal experience. I think you just get use to the soreness.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Shir, I hope peace prevails.

Good luck, erika.

I can. You will feel better. I promise. If you can, try foam rolling. It truly has saved me from an untold amount of soreness.
