I've only seen Channing Tatum in 21 Jump Street and that was a surprisingly fun movie, and he was put to good use in it.
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I...had fun at Magic Mike. Tatum doesn't do it for me, but he is a fun dancer.
I was dragged, kicking and screaming, to the theatre by one of my best friends, who paid for my ticket and got me really...impaired. We saw it on a Tuesday early afternoon in a nearly empty theatre and...I started howling with laughter the second McConaghey (sp?) came on stage. (No, not like THAT.)
To be fair, I don't think that movie was aimed at 40-something gay women.
I think you are right. (I think I was supposed to be more titillated than I was amused, but I am jaded and DID have fun laughing!)
Also? BOMER! I wish he'd gotten more screen time.

Well earned. That is awesome, especially having just spent 19 bucks on polish because I didn't bring any from home on this trip. Okay, also because I wanted them, and it was five bottles plus a topcoat.
Birthday happies Hil!
Happy birthday, Hil!

Happy birthday, Hil! I hope your joints behave this year.

Hah--this 30-something gay woman loved it. Though I thought it was going to be more a laugh-fest and less a moody-Soderbergian thing, than it was. But I quite like Channing Tatum--especially since people seem to generally agree he's nice (if he seemed to be a big douche, I could like him less).
That said, the bordello-bar-run-by-actor? Seems...eyebrow raise-y.
