I was just talking to my BFF who has been getting migraines but can't take migraine meds because of the stroke she had years ago. Her doctor's advice was to meditate and relax because she is so stressed out (which is true). I have also been told to relax and not stress about getting pregnant. We both decided that anyone that tells either of us not to be stressed doesn't know us very well.
ETA: T has also been getting nerve blocks for the migraines, so her doc isn't completely useless.

Did get D to the polls today, they let him skip the line due to his crutches. Watched three generations of voters leave together, that was kind of awesome. Did not get to vote yet myself, drove by my polling place on the way home and the line was at least 20-some people long. Gonna be a looooong evening of standing in line, I'm guessing. Foo.
I have a splitting headache this morning. It's not from the wine; it is the same headache I have been fighting off all week and seems to be directly related to my backache. It can go away any time now.
Vote-by-mail may be the one thing Arizona got right.
I hope Krysten wins...It'd be nice to have someone I know in Congress,not that we're homegirls and she promised me a hefty government snark contract, or anything.
