Can't even shout, Can't even cry. The Gentlemen are coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors. They need to take seven, and they might take yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word. You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

[link] I think.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Thanks, Dana! That's exactly what I was looking for!

(Mom and sister are pestering me for Xmas ideas!)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I think the Pearls IC are doing the trick!! I went a whole day without any bouts of severe nausea. And I ate all kinds of stuff last night I shouldn't have. Cheese, baby carrots, sweet potato cake, spinach dip... Fingers crossed. Still trying to eat a bland diet most of the time.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My friend A had a little boy today, one week early I think. Now, I am just waiting on one more cousin who is also due any day now.

Yay, smonster!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

YAY for smonster's repopulated intestinal tract!

I am a strange person.

Trust my rage

My cleaning ladies charge $20/hour. It's normally about 5.5 hours every two weeks ($108-120) but they provide a detailed list of what they do.

I want your cleaning ladies, Stephanie. I let Merry Maids go after they used bleach (which I requested they not do) and ruined a rug splashing it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Apparently I should just post a resolution to take action on something, and then it will get better.

Pretty sure that's Romney's economic policy, actually...

We pay our housekeeper by the hour. She comes once a month for 3 hours. A couple of times its been a bigger gap and she's said "let's add half an hour" once she got here. She only does the common areas.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

We're actually replacing Molly Maids with a cleaning person/part-time nanny who will be charging $20/hour. We really won't need the nanny aspect until the newbie arrives.
