Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Hil, I've been thinking of looking into something similar. The people I hired to clean before we moved in were just too pricy, though, so I need to look around more. Like Cass said, bonded and insured is important.

Mom is babysitting my adorable little niece today. We were supposed to go help out, but we don't want to bring whatever might be left of our plague with us. Tomorrow we have theater tickets in Providence.

The status is NOT quo.

We use Home Sweet Home, which is Molly Maid-esque, for exactly those reasons.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Girly question whitefont: For the last two months I've had mid-cycle spotting. Last month it only lasted a day. How concerned should I be? Could it be because I recently went off the pill? I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow, but I was wondering if I should be panicking at all between now and then.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Don't panic, it's prob related to change in hormones from going off pill. Doc should be able to reassure you :)

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

health~ma to Matt's dad. Cat~ma and calm~ma to Dean and askye. Much, much of all the various ~ma's to Frank and his mom.

Today, Tom and I went out and about shopping for Tom. Shoes, new bike helmet, comic books, regular books, and a seersucker jacket.

Also, I don't know why the weather people in New Orleans are in such denial about it being warm in October, but every morning this week I've checked the weather and see that it's gonna be cool, but no, it's like in the mid-80s. Which is fine, just stop lying to me! And to yourselves!

Got to see smonster (too) briefly today, which I count as a major win.

Now very tired.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

No reason to be concerned AFAIK sj.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Dean! Get better, kitty boy, and stop scaring your mama.

Brunched (waffle yum then ow), cleaned, went to grocery store and used Coinstar. Got a little over $40 not a bad start. Now walking my dog, then my boss' dogs, then shower. D and I are having dinner out (he eats enough for two, reallly) and then going to see Argo. His choice, I picked last time.

Thrive to spite them

I gave Dean a healthy dose of hairball remedy hoping maybe this is just a giant hairball. If something happens to him I'm going to feel like the worst cat owner ever.

Although Will says the problem is more with sickly cats than actually bad cat ownership. I'm trying to agree with him.
