This day has become completely stacked up. Meeting. Impromptu meeting. Event. Strike event. Work call. Meeting. Collapse (after commute home... hopefully I last that long).
It didn't start well. I tried to get in early, to prep paperwork for the work call. There were (2) 2-car pile ups and (1) 3-car pile up on the way to work. My 30-35 min commute was 70 minutes.

Event is up and running. The guy introducing has thick Korean (I think) accent. The main speaker is from Spain, and has really thick Spanish accent. The room is a concert hall. Very reverberant. Damned if I can understand what they are saying. And no knob to twist to make it better. Should be fun!!

I hear you. I realized this morning I forgot the power cord for my computer, so I ha to go to radio shack at lunch and buy a $50 new cord. and I'm in an unairconditioned room, with the office staff on the other side of a curtain having lunch loudly and smell-ily and with the TV on. I am feeling kill kill kill.

Nope. When this same thing happened last winter, there was a pretty obvious hole that they got the handyman to patch up, but this time, she said they can't find where they're coming in from.
