Met a cute girl....her name was Shane. Seriously, universe?? Hah.
Cute girl... meet cute... AND the name thing? It's destiny meara, don't fight it.
'Get It Done'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I have a couple of guy couples who are the same name. It happens. If there is chemistry, go for it!
If there is chemistry, go for it!
Seconded!
I'm watching My Fair Lady while still feeling sick and miserable. TCG is going to get Chinese take-out later; neither of our local restaurants deliver.
Watch out for her, though, if she's like Shane onTV, she has a girl in every port. Or something.
Bonus. If you start dating, and you lose her in the crowd you get to shout "Shane, Shane". [/oldtime Western reference]
Blah. I had plans to make dinner tonight. I was just about to start, and realized that I don't have enough cumin or oregano. Now I'm trying to figure out what I can make with what I do have in the house. I have a feeling that this will end up being spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, whatever kind of beans I have in the cabinet, and whatever kind of frozen vegetables I have in the freezer. I think the only vegetable I have that would even remotely work with pasta is cauliflower.
I have a pork, apple, sage pie from this place [link] which is unfortunately right in my neighborhood. I already ate the slice of cranberry chess pie that was intended for dessert.
I went apple picking today! I got a lot of apples. I think that I will make apple butter.
Well, I started out with spaghetti and beans, and added some canned tomato, and some onion and garlic and spices, and I think I ended up with a half-assed version of Cincinnati chili.
I made a wild rice salad with cranberries and pecans. It was my first time trying this recipe, and it's definitely a keeper. [link]
