Heading to the doc in 15 - called them on a whim at 8, and they were just opening! yay.
omnis, that is terrific. She sounds like a good friend.
Spike ,'Potential'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Back from doc. They're doing a culture for C. diff, it'll take a couple of days. In the meantime - bland diet, lots of water and gatorade, and she gave me medicine for the nausea and cramping.
I've lost five lbs since my last doctor visit (9/17); probably lost it just in the last week. Not a fun way to lose weight.
Not good, smonster. Tummy ~ma!
C. diff is nothing to mess around with, so it's good you're getting it checked. Yikers.
I am home with a sore throat and general aches and a fever. But I have GF macaroni and cheese, an episode of Young Justice because Scola is AWESOME, and the Avengers DVD because my life choices are predictable.
Yikes, smonster! I can't really say I hope it's C. diff, but I hope whatever it is, it can be diagnosed and treated quickly.
I hope the medicine makes you feel better, smonster.
I have Steph's sore throat and aches, plus my eyes are really irritated. Some of it may be allergies, since I worked outside for a few minutes yesterday and found that I appear to have discovered tear gas plants. Also, my ears hurt and my feet are a mess from the chemo. I'm actually getting off pretty lightly compared to many people on this drug. However, the warning "Nails may turn black and fall off" is not just in the long list of side effects to keep you from nodding off.
Alright, that's just no fun, Ginger. Seriously.
ew...that's disgusting. And I know disgusting.
Much, much, much health~ma and brackets to Ginger, Steph, smonster and Scrappy's Mom.
What Shir said. And you can have some of my spoons too.
