Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh no, Sean. That's terrible timing. Is today the funeral?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Dammit, Sean. That bites.

she's in Kentucky at Bourbon Camp

I want to go to there.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NORA! You are fabulous and generous and smart and sassy and kind and altogether awesome. Glad I get to celebrate with you.

D stayed over. And now he's gone to get bagels. I think he's trying to spoil me, and I think I might let him.

On a total random note, I've been sort of casual about getting paint thinner on my hands, and now all the skin on my right hand is peeling. Oopsies.

Thrive to spite them

Sean I'm sorry.

omnis I wouldn't bother the relative will just spout off that Obama is going to take away our guns, give control of the US over to the United Nations, ban Christianity, run the country by Sharia law, and start rounding up people and putting them into detention centers (which are already secretly built!) and the usher in 1000 years of darkness because he is the Anti Christ.

Or maybe he'l usher in the 1000 years of darkness first. And depending on which version of the Second Coming you believe either all the Real True Christians will be Raptured before the 1000 years OR the 1000 years of darkness will come first and then the Rapture.

I did not go to my needlefelting class. Or, I went and was there and feeling kinda out of sorts because I got up late and was rushing.

Then people started showing up. When I signed up for the class there were 4 people total. That would be manageable but some people decided the day of to come or brought a friend (I'm not sure) so there were 8 people taking the class, the instructor, her daughter, the shop owner, the daughter of one of the women going to the class, the dog of the shop owner and the dog of the instructor.

I just bailed. I couldn't handle it. I told the owner I coudln't do it, she said it was fine and she hadn't realized how many people would be there and she'll save my payment for another class.

I know I am more logical than many people, but I honestly cannot see how the people who fear Obama would do these things deal with the fact that he's been president for 3.6 years now AND NONE OF THOSE THINGS HAVE HAPPENED. Why the heck would he wait for a second term?

That would be manageable but some people decided the day of to come or brought a friend (I'm not sure) so there were 8 people taking the class, the owner, the instructor, her daughter, one of the women taking the class brought 1 daughter to take the class and 1 who was too little to leave at home, plus the owner and the instructor both brought their dogs.

It was chaos and everyone knew it was kind of chaotic. I got overwhelmed and anxious and was fighting back tears just from the anxiety so I found the owner told her I was leaving and she asked if I was okay. I'm going to go back this afternoon to get some assistance with my scarf which I totally messed up.

I don't think I can go watch the game with Will at a restaurant.

Monday I'm calling my shrink it see if he can adjust/increase the anxiety medication. It's getting to the point where I can't deal with people except in extremely small groups,

askye, I'm so sorry. Anxiety is a total bitch. I'm glad they're going to credit you for the class.

Yeah Katy (the owner) is awesome. I'm going to go back later today so she can help me fix the current problem with my scarf. I hate feeling so freaking fragile.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

If they cannot believe that Obama is engaged in some secret plan to oppress them later, what reason do they have for voting against him? I mean really, you would prefer to have Romney as President? When Romney (coincidentally) is much more likely to have a secret plan to screw all of us because he has been so obtuse about all of his plans?

There likely is no objective reason to vote against him (and while I am partisan, I am actually to the left of Obama) - he has adopted many Republican policies (at least they were Republican policies before the GOP went off the deep end). Democratic policies from the 1970s are not even brought up in political discourse anymore.

I think he's trying to spoil me, and I think I might let him.

I approve! You bringing him to da courtyard tomorrow for inspection, er, approval, er, us to meet him/him to meet us?

Sean, I'm sorry. How's your back doing?

I cannot even handle the level of racist-ass Othering that's going on in this election.
