I don't know how to say it, but I'll be okay. It hurts, but I've done a lot of work for a while, so I feel strong enough to handle it. If it had been a couple of years ago, I could not have said the same.

That being said, still a total wreck.

Well, as you know, one does not negate the other. Peace for your grieving, and thankfulness that you will come out the other side intact, eventually.
