Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

I agree, omnis, but I have to say my first thought was first we need a path wide enough for a chair. I'm going to ask her son tomorrow when he last discussed helping her. He has had issues with her in the past for even shoveling snow or fixing stuff without permission. She can do for everyone all the time, but not so willing to take help.

I have renewed determination to make inroads with her.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I wish you support. That's a hard row to hoe.

smonster, I love the 27 fling boogie! Actually I need to do one shortly. But mostly I gotta get back on the daily 5 minute room rescue. I used to be so surprised at how much progress I made just with that. The other regular routine stuff is going pretty well.

There's a lot of chaos in the house right now because my office is all torn apart from prepping for the bank, and the SO's studio is all torn apart from him coming home from tour. But it's great. He's really motivated; he's writing music like crazy right now, so he wants a good space. Which is great for us and the house as a whole because it's the first thing you see when you walk in.

Just got back from my 3rd of 4 training sessions, and at first I was all, oh, I'm not as sore, but I can already tell I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Yay for training sessions! I dream of having a trainer one day. And regular massages. And a pony.

But mostly I gotta get back on the daily 5 minute room rescue. I used to be so surprised at how much progress I made just with that. The other regular routine stuff is going pretty well.

I need to get back to developing a routine. Tonight it'll be all I can do to wash dishes for 10 minutes*, and I'll be going to bed late just with that. And somehow I need to find time this week to clean my back yard (landlady is paying me to do it). And I'm probably working Friday and Saturday. So, yay, making money and getting back to my financial goals! But hard to do anything else.

Zenkitty, I'd love to start morning calls again tomorrow. 6:30 am your time, if you please.

* so not even anywhere close to all the dishes, since I didn't do hardly any last night after I made dinner for D. But hey, baby steps!

Also, in the interest of wasting more time I don't have, I have gotten totally addicted to Words With Friends. Feel free to start a game with me!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Will do!

Glad you have a plan askye - and glad that having a plan helps

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

What's your Words with Friends name, smonster?

Thrive to spite them

I think I've found something Feliway can't handle.

I have to keep the cats out of the bedroom and I didn't keep the door closed well enough and Dean got in there. When I realized it he was in his spot on "his" chair. Of course as soon as I saw him he knew something was up and I had to chase him around and drag him out of there.

Since then he's been pawing at the door/carpet and meowing (he rarely meows) and he is not happy. Poor guy.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Can you move "his" chair out of the room, so he has access to it?

Thrive to spite them

Unfortunately there's no place to put it. Which is why it's in the bedroom. He seems to have calmed down and Will and I put up cardboard. I'm going to go nail it in place and I may let the cats in the bedroom supervised until the window is fixed, which will be Monday.

Last wasn't so fun for me. Long story but basically I got sick on the area rug and it's kinda nasty so I decided at like 1 am to roll it up and get a new one.

I was looking at various places and showed Will some on Wal Mart (because they are cheap) and he convinced me to get the pirate skull and cross bones rug [link]
